SHIPPING GUARANTEE & LIABILITY
Shipping dates are approximate. àMaurice Cellars does not guarantee the time of delivery for any package. All shipments are guaranteed through the shipping company chosen by you and in accordance with their terms and conditions. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules, àMaurice Cellars shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, àMaurice Cellars shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, priorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, differences with workmen, accidents due to machinery, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of àMaurice Cellars whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applied to an order by the host country and these charges must be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.

The "first business day" is always the first day after a package is placed into service. The counting of days in service always begins the first day after a package is placed into service and not the day a package is shipped. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days.

HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
Once an order is placed online you can cancel or change your order by calling us at 509-522-5444 during normal business hours or send us an email at orders@amaurice.com. We will do our best to stop or change your shipment, however shipments are fulfilled in real-time and we may not be able to stop or change the order. If your order has already been shipped and you still needed to cancel the order, it is best to receive the shipment and then send it back using your own shipping method. Orders that are refused delivery on the receivers end will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a $10.00 charge for the delivery back to our warehouse.

TERMS OF SALE
All sales are considered final and complete after 15 days from date of the invoice. Shipping is nonrefundable and once an item is opened all sales are considered final. There is no refund or returns on printed materials or on downloaded items. Please see Returns & Exchange Procedures for more information on returns and exchanges.

It is illegal for minors under 21 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing an order for alcoholic beverages through àMaurice Cellars you agree that you are over 21 years old. Any minors caught illegally purchasing alcoholic beverages through àMaurice Cellars will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days from receipt. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days. àMaurice Cellars is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by a computer or network outages. In the event of a holiday, please call for our special holiday shipping schedules.

We don't actually charge your card at this time you place your order online, we charge your card only when your order is ready to ship. It is not uncommon for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized, If there is a problem with your order we send you an email that details the reason for the delay.

VIEWING ORDERS AND ACCOUNT UPDATES
You may view an order at anytime by creating an account, either during or previous t your first order. Our dashboard will give you all informaiton and updates pertaining to your order. We do not require you to register when purchasing items from our site, but registering gives you the ability to easily follow up with current order, one-click re-order and update your information easily and securely.
